Sparkling Wine

The best grapes of Ugni Blanc, Chenin and Colombard varieties have been selected to produce this sparkling wine. Adrien Lacombe Sparkling Brut is elaborated with the Charmat method that consists in a second natural fermentation in tank. Natural yeast and sugar is added to the Cuvee (blend of wine) and it ferments for 4 weeks in tank.
